If you're frustrated with the high price of Microsoft Office, 602 Pro PC suite offers an alternative. The 602Pro PC Suite features all of the comforts of the Microsoft suite including a word processor, spreadsheet, photo editor, and mail merge capabilities. This program, free for non-commercial use, opens and creates Microsoft file formats including .doc, .rtf, .xls, and .dbs. There's also PDF support and various graphics options. Is hard drive space an issue? 602Pro PC suite takes up 15MB of space compared to the 600-plus MB that Microsoft Office gobbles up.
