Yardis grabs 50 MB RAM with just one Task. This might be an issue on systems with little Memory. I'd recommend FreeFileSync, which also has a real-time-backup option, does Volume Shadow Copy, is very powerful and, of course, is also free. Available for Windows and Linux.
